CHRISTIE BECOMES AN AMBASSADOR FOR CHILDREN'S TUMOUR FOUNDATION
I’m very happy to be an ambassador for Neurofibromatosis for the Children’s Tumour Foundation along with NRL star Josh Duggan, Bondi Rescue star Andrew Reid, Olympians Melissa Wu, Belinda Hocking and Mariafe Artacho Del Solar, Survivor Australia star Felicity Egginton, Amoss McKinley and the guys from Australian Firefighters Calendar and The Block stars Ebony and Luke.
We will be taking part in Cupid’s Undie Run to #ConquerNF.
Neurofibromatosis, or NF, is a genetic disorder that causes tumours to form on nerve cells anywhere in the body, including the brain and spine. There is no cure and treatment options are limited.
Whilst we Dare to Bare in our undies (or fancy dress!) to fight this nasty genetic disorder, we also do it to have FUN!
Cupid’s Undie Run starts with a 1.5km (ish) run in your bedroom best and ends with an awesome party in great company. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever done before, and it’s all for the Children’s Tumour Foundation!
We encourage EVERYONE to join in and celebrate our differences, whatever they may be! At the end of the day we are all human, and we need all the help we can get to find a cure for NF.
You can also register to raise funds and run or you can donate to my campaign to raise funds and support my run. Any amount is VERY appreciated and will help the fight against this disease.
